リサさんが来年の夏までアメリカに帰国しています。6月に送別会しました。

5月は メキシコ料理を作りました！

「メキシカンチキンエンチラーダ」を作りました。The enchiladas were creamy and spicy, made with chicken, onions, and green chillies!  Muy, muy delicioso!

「トルティーヤ」と 「トルティーヤチップス」も 手作りしました。The handmade tortilla chips and Lisa-san's guacamole were muy, muy delicioso!

4月に「キュートな手作りブレスレット」

セーフハーバーでは料理のイベントが多いのですが、

4月は渡邊幸恵さんに教わりながら、一緒にかわいいブレスレットを作りました。

We had such a great time making jewelry together.

2月に . . . 「ベジタリアンラザニア」

 

今回はメインに「ベジタリアンラザニア」、デザートとしてココナッツカスタードパイを作りました。

We enjoyed learning moderately healthy but very delicious vegetarian lasagna from Lisa. Then Ree taught us the extremely simple coconut custard, "Blender Pie"!

Kids, as usual, enjoyed both food and friends!
 

1月 中国出身の王さんの「水餃子作り」

1月は「水餃子作り」をしました。中国出身の王さんが教えてくださいます。

王さんは今までも何度かセーフハーバーで教えてくださいましたが、

今回は初めて大根を使った餡で水餃子作りました。

皮も手作りしました。美味しかったです！

11月の サンクスギビング

Ree cooked a whole turkey!

愛さんがクランベリーチャツネを教えて下さいました！

Chiaki-san served pumpkin pie.

１０月のイベント

Gabi and Guenter were visiting in Japan for just one month.  They taught us German cooking: schnitzel and German potatoes!


ガビさんとグンターさんがシュニッツェル＆ジャーマンポテトを教えてくださいました。

It was the 10th anniversary of their wedding!  It was so kind of them to teach us on their special day!  Thank you Gabi and Guenter!
